1. What is EmpoweredHER?

EmpoweredHER is a women owned business that provides resume writing and interview preparation services to individuals.

2. How can I purchase a product from EmpoweredHER?

Once you find the services that suits your needs you simply click "ADD TO CART". Complete the checkout process and you will receive a response within 24 business hours.

3. How and when do I pay?

Unfortunately EmpoweredHER do not accept CashApp or any other forms of payment except debit and credit cards via paypal. Once you enter in all your information at checkout it will prompt for a response from our resume writing team.

4. What is the turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time is 8-10 business days. If you need a rush order, please contact us at empoweredher@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. There will be an additional fee.

5. What is the resume revision process?

The resume writing process is collaborative between the writer and the client. I use your old resume as a primary source of information, as well as a client questionnaire. First, I do a close read of your old resume and mark it up with feedback, comments, and questions in MS Word. I then use your responses to that feedback, information from your client questionnaire, my resume expertise, and keywords to the job of your interest to revise your new resume using a format that best highlights your skills. Once I provided you with the first draft of your resume, you provide your feedback to perfect the final draft.

6. How can I speak to you about any questions before I place an order?

You can address all questions and concerns about placing an order on the contact us form. If you would like to speak to me directly on the phone you should specify that you are interested in a phone consultation which is also a package. 

7 .Can you look at my resume and tell me if there is anything wrong with my resume?

If you want feedback I suggest you purchase a revision or order a resume critique package. If you purchase the resume critique then decide you want to change anything the amount purchased for the resume critique will go towards the resume revision.

8. Do you write a standard or all purpose cover letter?

We only write cover letters that is tailored for one specific position. 

9. Can I see a sample of your work before placing my order?

Yes. You can send an email to empoweredher@gmail.com to request a sample resume or cover letter before placing your order. 

10. What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the amount of time and effort required to edit, revise, compose, and proofread customized documents, I do not offer refunds for any services. However, in the event of dissatisfaction, I guarantee to revise your document(s) for free within 14 days of your order date.
